How does group pricing work?

Choose the number of badges you’d like to purchase. The applicable discount will be calculated automatically in your cart before payment—no promo code required.

Can people in my group purchase separately?

To receive group pricing, all badges must be purchased together in a single transaction. One person can place the order on behalf of the group.

Do I need to provide everyone’s information right away?

No. You can secure your group’s badges and discount now, then provide attendee names, titles, and email addresses closer to the event. It’s an easy process you can self-administer through our ticket portal.

Can I add more people later?

Yes, in blocks of 5 or more. If your group grows by five or more, contact our support team. We’ll help you add badges to your existing group.

Does group pricing stack with other discounts I may have?

No, unfortunately not. Our system only recognizes one discount code per order, and our group sales system uses a discount code to provide the group sales benefits.

Can my group stay together?

You can use our lodging portal to book a stay at any of our partner hotels. If none of our options work for your group, you’re also free to stay with any hotel in the area. Feel free to email lodging@eudemonia.net for suggestions.
