Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you visit our Websites, including when you register for or attend the Eudēmonia Summit (the "Event"), and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
1. Important Information and Who We Are
The websites https://eudemonia.net and https://register.eudemonia.net (collectively, the "Websites", and each a "Website") are operated by Wellcoming, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We are registered as a limited liability company in the State of Florida and have our registered office at PO Box 357, Hollis, NH 03049.
This privacy policy aims to give you information on what information we collect through your use of the Websites, including any data you may provide through the Websites when you register for the Event or purchase a product or service, and how that information is used and shared.
Please note that our Websites operate in part on the Accelevents ticketing and event platform (www.accelevents.com), as further described in Section 9, and any information you provide through that platform will be subject to its additional terms and privacy policies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, in our sole discretion, in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. You are advised to visit this page to see such changes. Your use of the Websites, and your continued use of the Websites after this privacy policy has been updated, indicates your agreement and acceptance of this privacy policy, including the modifications made as of the date of your use.

If you fail to provide personal data where we need to collect it by law or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods, services, or Event access). In that case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, and we will notify you if this is the case at the time.
4. How Is Your Personal Data Collected?
We use different methods to collect data from and about you, including through:
- Direct interactions. You may give us your Identity, Contact, and Financial Data by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you (i) register for the Event or order or express an interest in any of our products or services; (ii) request marketing to be sent to you; (iii) interact with a sponsor, exhibitor, or partner activation or offering at the Event (such as by scanning a badge or opting in to receive their communications); or (iv) give us feedback or contact us.

- Third parties. We may receive Identity, Contact, and Financial Data from your family, friends, and affiliates when completing forms or corresponding with us on your behalf regarding any of our products or services. Additionally, our partners and service providers, such as our ticketing and event platform provider (Accelevents), may provide us with your Identity, Contact, Profile, Technical, Usage, and Marketing and Communications Data.
We may combine information from different sources. For example, we may combine information that we have collected offline with information we collect online, or we may combine information we get from a third party with information we already have.
If you submit any personal data relating to other people to us, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this privacy policy.
5. How We Use Your Personal Data
We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (including providing you with Event access and its benefits).
- Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
- Where we need to comply with a legal obligation.
In particular, we use your personal data to (i) register you for the Event and manage your attendance; (ii) deliver the products, services, benefits, and experiences associated with your registration, including interactions with sponsors, exhibitors, and partners; (iii) respond to your inquiries and provide customer service; and (iv) send you information and marketing about the Event and related offerings.
6. Disclosures of Your Personal Data
We may share your information with the following entities:
- Sponsors, exhibitors, and event partners. We may share your Identity Data, Contact Data, Profile Data, and Engagement Data (and, where relevant, Transaction Data and Usage Data) with the select sponsors, exhibitors, and partners participating in the Event, so that they may provide you with relevant information, offers, and benefits relating to the Event and their products or services. We share this information only with the sponsors and partners we select for the Event, and only for uses related to the Event and their respective products and services; we do not sell or rent your personal data to unrelated third parties. You may opt out of having your personal data shared with sponsors and partners for their direct marketing at any time by contacting us as described in Section 2.
- Third-party vendors who provide services or functions on our behalf, including operation of the Websites, ticketing and registration, business analytics, customer service, marketing, and distribution of surveys. We may also authorize third-party vendors to collect information on our behalf, including as necessary to operate features of the Websites. Third-party vendors have access to and may collect information only as needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.
- Legal and safety. In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us. We may also share information when we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities, or to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of our company, our customers, or others.
- Corporate transactions. In connection with a (proposed or actual) corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
Other than as set out above, if we intend to share personal information about you with a third party in a manner not described in this privacy policy, we will notify you and provide you an opportunity to choose not to have us share such information. We also may share aggregate or anonymous information with third parties, including advertisers and investors. This information does not identify you and is used to develop content and services we hope you will find of interest.
7. Data Retention
When you place an order or register for the Event through the Websites, we will maintain your information for our records. Except to the extent prohibited by law, and subject to this privacy policy, we will retain and use your personal data for as long as it is needed to provide you with any products, services, communications, or access to the Websites or the Event, to document our business relationship with you, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Your Legal Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal data, and the right to opt out of certain disclosures or marketing. If you would like to exercise any of your rights, please contact us as described in Section 2. Please note that we may request additional information to verify your identity and respond to or fulfill any requests regarding your rights under applicable laws or regulations.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the "CCPA"):
- Right to know and access: the right to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, and share about you.
- Right to delete: the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions.
- Right to correct: the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing": the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information and the "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money; however, as described in Section 6, we may share personal information with select sponsors and partners in connection with the Event, and you may opt out of such sharing at any time by contacting us.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: the right to request limits on our use of your sensitive personal information where we use it for purposes other than those permitted by law.
- Right to non-discrimination: the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the "Shine the Light" law), California residents may request, once per calendar year, a list of the third parties to which we disclosed certain personal information for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the categories of information disclosed. As described in Section 6, we disclose certain personal information to select sponsors and partners for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, or to opt out of such disclosures, please send a letter to us at PO Box 357, Hollis, NH 03049 or contact us as described in Section 2. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the California privacy rights requirements, and only information sharing that is covered will be included in our response.
You can always opt out of any subscription for emails, involving any updates, information, postings, news, and/or press releases, by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email. We may still send you certain important transactional or administrative emails, such as responses to your requests or comments.
Your Nevada Privacy Rights
We do not sell personal information for money; however, as described in Section 6, we may share personal information with select sponsors and partners in connection with the Event. Nevada residents have the right to submit a verified request directing us not to sell their personal data. If you are a Nevada resident and would like to submit such a request, please send your request through any of the methods noted in Section 2 "Contact Us."
Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Our Websites and the Event are intended for, and directed primarily at, residents of the United States, and we do not intentionally market to residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located there, please be aware that your personal data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where it may not benefit from the same level of protection as your home jurisdiction. We rely on the performance of our contract with you and our legitimate interests (as described in Section 5) as the legal bases for processing your personal data. To the extent the laws of your jurisdiction apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data, or to data portability. You may exercise any such rights, or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, by contacting us as described in Section 2.
9. Third Parties
We share your personal data with third parties to help us supply our products and services as described in Section 6, including our ticketing and event platform provider (Accelevents), which also collects data directly from you and whose privacy policy applies to its collection and use of that data. We may also share your personal data to comply with applicable laws and regulations or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
10. Security
We implement commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative security measures to protect your personal data. Nonetheless, no such measure is ever 100% effective; therefore, we do not guarantee that your personal data will be secure from theft, loss, or unauthorized access or use, and we make no representation as to the reasonableness, efficacy, or appropriateness of the measures we use to safeguard such personal data. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please immediately contact us.
11. Children
We do not knowingly or specifically collect personal data from users under the age of 13, and no one under age 13 is authorized to submit any information, including personal data, on the Websites. If we determine that such information has been inadvertently collected from anyone under the age of 13, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our systems. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has provided us with information, please contact us using one of the methods noted in Section 2 "Contact Us."

The Websites may contain links, references, and other forms of connectivity to third-party websites, apps, or platforms. This privacy policy does not apply to the information (including personal data) collected on any such third-party website, app, or platform over which we have no influence or control.
