Emily Stone Rydbom
Emily Stone Rydbom is a maternal health innovator and board-certified holistic nutritionist leading the integration of precision nutrition into obstetric care. As co-founder of the GrowBaby® clinical model and GrowHealth digital platform, she develops scalable, evidence-informed solutions that address the root-cause drivers of pregnancy complications through personalized nutrition, biomarker analysis, and genomics.
With over a decade of clinical experience, Emily has advanced a team-based care model shown to meaningfully reduce gestational diabetes, hypertensive disorders, and preterm birth, particularly among Medicaid and underserved populations. She serves as clinical lead for the ROOT Study (2026), a large-scale outcomes initiative evaluating integrated OB-nutrition care, and is co-developer of the DNALife GrowBaby nutrigenomic test.
Emily’s work centers on translating complex nutrition science into practical, technology-enabled care, including AI-driven clinical decision support and patient engagement tools. She is a published author in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Personalized Medicine and Frontiers in Nutrition, and holds a Master of Digital Health from Iowa State University.
