Shawn De Lappe is a creative software developer and platform manager driven by curiosity and inspired by the power of collaboration. He is the co-founder of an education startup, called Busy Bear Education, that strives to address the equity gap in education by focusing on improving student attendance through data driven solutions. This work focuses on students and families from diverse social backgrounds that have been historically marginalized. He believes in harnessing the power of technology for the betterment of humanity, whether it is supporting equity within public schools or addressing holistic health on a wider scale, he is committed to using his skills and passions to do good for the world.
