Eudēmonia Summit takes place November 1 - 3, 2024. The venue spans both the Palm Beach Convention Center and the Hilton West Palm Beach, which adjoin and are connected by a breezeway.

Check-in is available at 4 PM the day your hotel reservation begins. Check-out is at 11 AM on the final day of your reservation. Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made directly with Hilton West Palm Beach.

The Palm Beach Convention Center and the Hilton West Palm Beach are conveniently located just ten minutes from the West Palm Beach International Airport. More details can be found on the Getting Here section of our website here.

With 2,000 available parking spaces, the Palm Beach County Convention Center offers paid, self-parking in our 9 story parking garage. It can be accessed off the south side of Okeechobee Boulevard and then a right turn onto S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue. The garage entrance is at the end of S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue. Several additional parking garages are available across the street at The Square for overflow parking needs.

Clearance for vehicles is 8' on the first floor and 7'2" on all other floors.

The Hilton West Palm Beach is the heart center of Eudēmonia. For the greatest of ease and experience, we recommend booking lodging at the Hilton. Our website will take non-refundable deposits to hold a room at the Hilton through July 15. On July 15, we will open a new lodging portal that allows bookings with most area hotels at special Eudēmonia rates. 

Yes. If you opted to not purchase lodging when you purchased your Eudēmonia ticket you can modify your registration by clicking this link. You'll be prompted to login using the email address and password you used when you first purchased your ticket.

Eudēmonia is a health and wellness experience designed for adults, so we do not allow children under 13. Teens 13 & older may attend if accompanied by a badged parent or guardian. We also offer a $650 discount for full-time students, which likely will apply to your teen. Please apply here.

Our Enhanced and Premium badge holders have access to several included culinary experiences, but in general, badges and wristbands do not include food. However, you will find many exhibitors offering free samples and snacks at the venue, and we have curated a wide range of healthy local vendors on-site, including food trucks and grab-and-go options. The Hilton West Palm Beach also offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner at its on-site restaurants and by its central pool. 

Weather in Palm Beach in November is sunny and warm with temperatures in the 70s and 80s.  We recommend wearing light layers as most of the event programming is hosted indoors with air conditioning. You should also bring workout clothing (3x), sneakers, and a bathing suit, as there will be many fitness and yoga classes to participate in.

Mornings at Eudēmonia are focused on getting you into your body. Think functional fitness, yoga, meditation, group runs, swimming, sauna, cold plunging, and more. After a quick shower break, return to the Hilton West Palm Beach or Convention Center to attend the talks by our incredible lineup of experts or visit the EXPOSŌME to learn about the best in class health and wellness brands with products on the market today. Stop by the treatment village to get a facial or a mini massage and end the day relaxing at a happy hour by the pool.

Yes. Our final talk ends at 5 PM on Sunday, November 3, and the EXPOSŌME is open until 5 PM.  We recommend keeping this top of mind when booking your travel.

Luggage storage can be arranged with The Hilton West Palm Beach when you check out. The Hilton will store Eudēmonia guest baggage until the end of the event on Sunday, November 3.
