Prior to joining AG1, Kat spent more than a decade at Focus Brands, a multi-billion dollar group of global restaurants, as President and CEO. She led the company’s portfolio—including Cinnabon, Auntie Anne’s Moe, McAllisters, and Jamba—across more than 7,000 locations globally. Outside of AG1, Kat is a prominent investor and advisor. She has been a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, member of the United Nations Global Entrepreneurs Council, and on Fortune’s annual 40 Under 40 list. In addition to sitting on the board of directors at AG1, Kat sits on the boards of Slice and Milk Bar.
