Amanda Casgar is a pioneer with a passion for launching and growing businesses. She spent the early days of her career in marketing building new ventures for iconic media brands Oprah Winfrey, The Food Network, Rachael Ray and Lifetime. She led brand and community at lululemon from 2009-2021 spearheading the brand’s early expansion in the US, launching the first store in Europe and leading growth in Asia from 1-100 stores. Casgar founded Yolk in 2021 to help more business access growth and high performance from the inside out. Her “Glass Box” approach leverages the intersection of culture and community to create more purpose-led businesses. Casgar is also Co-Founder of Hysterical, a multi-media brand dedicated to creating whisper cultures – the first season democratized access to experts in menopause, one talk show at a time.
