Did you know that the four elements (earth, water, fire, air) are a core part of classical mindfulness practice? Yes? Well, ok — but did you know that mindfulness of the elements is related both to our present moment experience and to the awe-inspiring possibilities of awareness? In this session, we will explore how meditating with the elements more deeply connects us to our bodies, the nature around us, and all of the wonder and mystery of life. No meditation experience necessary.
