Rachel Lambert
Rachel Lambert is the Founder and CEO of Braincode Centers, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Board-Certified Neurofeedback Specialist with more than 15 years of experience in brain mapping and neurofeedback. Her passion for brain health began with her own transformative experience as a teenager, when neurofeedback changed the trajectory of her mental health and inspired a lifelong mission to help others unlock their brain’s potential.
Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Baylor University and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. She has built Braincode Centers from the ground up into one of the nation’s leading neurofeedback organizations, serving more than 25,000 clients through multiple locations and a worldwide remote neurofeedback program.
Known for translating complex neuroscience into practical, actionable strategies, Rachel is a sought-after keynote speaker on topics including neuroscience, leadership, mental performance, resilience, and optimizing the brain for success.
