Paul Coletta

Paul Coletta is co-founder and CEO of Vero Bioscience, a predictive health company on a mission to end age-related chronic disease. Vero uses proteomics and machine learning to measure the biological age of individual organs, revealing where the body is aging fastest to help people take personalized action before disease develops.

Prior to Vero, Paul spent more than 25 years building consumer businesses, iconic brands, and high-performing teams across technology, media, consumer products, nutrition, and health. He has held executive leadership roles at The Walt Disney Company, MTV Networks, Nickelodeon, Hewlett-Packard, Jamba Juice, and Urban Remedy, where he served as CEO for more than a decade. Throughout his career, he has focused on building companies that translate emerging ideas into products and experiences that meaningfully improve people’s lives, with a longstanding commitment to advancing health through nutrition and preventive lifestyle. Paul lives in Marin County, California.
