CHOOSE YOUR SESSIONS
Eudēmonia is all about choice. Whatever your health passion, you’ll find an inspiring talk, class or treatment.
The scheduler is open now for all registered attendees. Once you save your seat in a session, your spot is guaranteed—no need to run to be first in line when you’re at the summit. Just make sure you schedule before sessions fill up.
You can view the schedule by clicking the button below or you can download our iOS or Android apps. For the best experience, we strongly recommend reading the tips below before getting started.

To sign in, just launch the scheduler and click the “Reserve Seat” button on any session. Select the option to receive a magic link, then enter your registered email address. Got more scheduling questions? Have a look at the tips below or email us at hello@eudemonia.net.

TIPS FOR A GREAT SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE
USE TRACKS TO SIMPLIFY YOUR VIEW
Click the Topics & Tracks button and scroll to the bottom to see Tracks. If you hold any badge, we recommend selecting Talks & Conversations, Fitness & Movement, and Restorative Practices when scheduling. If you hold an EXPOSŌME pass, select only Open to EXPOSŌME Pass.
USE TOPICS TO FOCUS ON YOUR INTERESTS
Click the Topics & Tracks button again and you’ll see the topics covered at Eudēmonia ’25. Select the topics you’re most interested in to see just the sessions you’re interested in.

CHANGE THE VIEWS
Pro tip: in the upper right corner of the scheduler, there are icons for grid view (this is the default) and list view. List view is a helpful way to see all sessions in a particular time slot. You can also filter by day using the All Dates dropdown.

CLICK THE GREEN CIRCLE TO SCROLL SIDEWAYS
The schedule scrolls horizontally as well as vertically. Click the green circle (there’s a square inside the circle) when it appears on the left and right side of a session to scroll horizontally and reveal other sessions in the same time slot. You can see all sessions at once in List View.

KNOW WHAT TO SCHEDULE
We put everything on the schedule you so can see everything from talks to parties in one place. However, only Talks & Conversations, Fitness & Movement, Restorative Practices, and Treatments can be “scheduled” in the sense of reserving a guaranteed spot in that session at a specific time. Everything else is open on a first come, first served basis.
SCHEDULING FAQ
As long as you hold the proper badge to access a session, you can still attend even if you didn’t schedule, or even if the session is full. You’ll just wait in a “drop in” line until the scheduled attendees have been admitted. Once that’s done, you’ll be admitted as space allows.
With that said, your spot is guaranteed if you do schedule, so we strongly recommend it.
If the session is closed to further registrations, you can often still get it. Just head to the session and wait in the “drop in” line until the scheduled attendees have been admitted. Once that’s done, you’ll be admitted as space allows.
As a general rule, most scheduled sessions have attrition of between 10 and 25%, so there’s usually space.
When the scheduler is open, you’ll see a button to “Reserve Seat”. Click that button and you’ll be asked to login (once). From there, your sessions will be saved and you shouldn’t have to login again.
Just click your name in the upper right and select “logout.” However, there’s no reason to log out unless you’re sharing a computer with another attendee and they need to schedule their sessions when you’re logged in already.
Yes, that’s super easy. Just click the Speakers button and click on the speaker you’re interested in. You’ll see all of their sessions at once.
Pretty much everything! If you have a Standard 3-day badge, you can sign up for any session except for the CME sessions. Enhanced, HIL and Premium badges can sign up for all sessions.
There also are a few sessions unique to HIL and Premium badges, but those will not be visible to other badge types.
1-day badges work just like Standard 3-day badges, with two exceptions:
- You can only sign up for sessions on the day of your badge (so if you have a Saturday 1-day badge, you can only sign up for Saturday sessions).
- You may not pre-register for the keynote on the day of your badge. You are still welcome to attend, but we’ll first admit scheduled 3-day badge holders, then will admit 1-day badges as space allows.
One little-known perk: your 1-day badge includes an EXPOSŌME pass for all 3 days of the event. So you can attend the expo and talks on the Agora, Epicurean, and Palm Beach stages for all 3 days of the event.
The EXPOSŌME pass is a 3-day credential that gets you access to the EXPOSŌME expo with more than 120 interactive exhibitors, plus access to 3 stages: the Palm Beaches stage, Epicurean stage, and the Agora stage. You can come and go as you like for all three days.
To view all sessions open to EXPOSŌME passes, simply launch the scheduler, click Topics & Tracks, scroll to the bottom, then check the box for “Open to EXPOSŌME Pass.”
