Eudēmonia is a health and wellness experience designed for adults, so we do not allow children under 13. Teens 13 & older may attend if accompanied by a badged parent or guardian.

By Air
The Palm Beach Convention Center and the Hilton West Palm Beach are conveniently located just 8 minutes from the West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is just 35 miles away. In the rare event that neither PBI nor FLL suits your needs, Miami International Airport (MIA) is about a 90-minute drive.

By Car
For those who choose to drive, the Palm Beach County Convention Center offers paid self-parking in our 9-story parking garage. It can be accessed off the south side of Okeechobee Boulevard and then a right turn onto S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue. The garage entrance is at the end of S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue. Several additional parking garages are available across the street at The Square for overflow parking needs.

By Rail
If you’re traveling from other areas in South Florida, the Brightline provides services from Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Orlando. It’s an easy walk from the West Palm Beach Brightline station to the Eudēmonia campus.

The Hilton West Palm Beach stands at the heart of Eudēmonia’s campus and is our recommended accommodation. We’ve also secured special rates with several nearby hotels. For the best possible prices at the Hilton and other area hotels, please use our exclusive Lodging Portal to make your reservation.

Yes. If you opted to not purchase lodging when you purchased your Eudēmonia badge, you can visit our Lodging Portal any time to reserve lodging.

The entire event is designed to be walkable, making it easy to navigate between sessions and activities.

If you purchased a Standard, Enhanced, or Premium badge, you’ll receive your badge and wristband at check-in. This badge and wristband must be worn at all times during the event. Your badge allows entry into all sessions and enables you to be scanned when checking in to your pre-registered sessions and treatments.

Expo-only ticket holders will receive wristbands at check-in. Like badges, wristbands must be worn at all times to gain entry into the EXPOSŌME.

With the exception of lodging (see below), all purchases, including, but not limited to, tickets, merchandise, food and beverage purchases, and add-ons, are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. Tickets are transferrable at face value or less. If you’d like to transfer your ticket, please contact us.

Lodging reservations made through our portal may be cancelled as follows:

• For lodging cancellations made before May 10, 2026, you’re responsible for a $300 cancellation fee.
• For lodging cancellations made on May 10, 2026 or later, you will be responsible for the entire cost of your room purchase.

The Eudēmonia App is your lifeline onsite, and will be available closer to the event date.

Session scheduling and reserved sessions are available only to Enhanced and Premium ticket holders. If you have a Standard ticket, all sessions will be on a drop-in basis—no advance scheduling is available.

Don’t worry. There’s usually space available in most sessions. However, if you prefer the peace of mind of securing your spot ahead of time, consider upgrading your badge.

Scheduling will open closer to the event, and we’ll share more details once it’s available.

Badge pickup and registration is at the Palm Beach County Convention Center (650 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach).

West Palm Beach in November is sunny and warm—expect highs in the 70s and 80s. Most programming is indoors (and air-conditioned), so pack light layers, workout gear, sneakers, a swimsuit, and a jacket for rain.

After morning movement, you’ll have time to freshen up before sessions or dinner. Onsite showers are available, though your room may be the more comfortable option if you’re nearby.
