Joining the Collective is simple and straightforward. Just click the button below and provide some details about you, your role, and your business.
Our team will review your submission in a day or two. We’ll send you codes good for 50% off two Eudēmonia badges, along with a range of offers for your clients & members.
We know how busy you are—the whole process takes maybe 5 minutes.
WHO CAN JOIN THE COLLECTIVE?
The only requirement is that you are an owner or manager of a retail health & wellness business—a spa, studio, gym, clinic, treatment center, health food retailer, or similar business.
We’re looking for wellness businesses whose community aligns with our brand—and usually that starts at the top. If you’re interested in attending Eudēmonia, we’re willing to bet that your enthusiasm will rub off on your members. And with 50% off your badges, and the opportunity to come for free if only a few of your members join you, we’re looking forward to seeing you in West Palm this November.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF ACCEPTED?
Honestly? As much as you like. The goal is simple: invite your clients and members to Eudēmonia Summit. We offer two paths for that:
- Host: You’re interested in organizing a group of members to attend Eudēmonia with you. We offer discounted (or complimentary tickets) to you, and a substantial discount to your members.
- Refer: You’re interested in attending Eudēmonia yourself, and are happy to spread the word with your members. We offer discounted (or complimentary tickets) to you, a referral fee, and a solid discount to your members.
The choice is up to you. Either way, we’ll provide copy, images, links and everything you need. We’ll also provide a public link that makes it easy to track registrations and pay referral fees to you.
WHY SHOULD I JOIN?
Your members and clients will get substantial discounts on Standard or Enhanced badges when they use your unique code or link at checkout. You’ll earn a commission on every badge sold using your code, plus additional perks, like badge upgrades and Eudēmonia at Night concert tickets, as your sales increase. Ambassador FAQ
If accepted into the Collective, you will receive several approved assets, included approved images with brand logos that can be shared instantly. However, we rely heavily on your authentic voice, so be creative. We are here to support.
Commissions vary based on the type of program you choose (Host or Refer) but Refer commissions are typically $100-$150 per badge sold.
Commissions will be calculated after the event and are scheduled to be paid before November 30, 2026.
No. Your code only applies to Standard and Enhanced badges. This also means commission apply only to Standard and Enhanced badge sales.
Free tickets are extremely limited, so we cannot offer them to all Collective members by default. However, if you are able to meet certain thresholds with sales, such as 10 or more badges sold via your code, you can receive a free Standard badge. Considerations can also be made in exchange for more collaborative and impactful projects.
