Overview. The Eudēmonia × VOLO Health Observational Study (the “Study”) is a voluntary, non-interventional observational study conducted by VOLO Health, LLC (“VOLO Health”) in collaboration with Wellcoming, LLC d/b/a Eudēmonia Summit (“Eudēmonia”). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).
No fee to enroll. There is no fee to enroll in the Study. Use of the VOLO™ Wellness app is free for the first year for the selected Study participants, which covers the entire Study period. Individuals that are not selected for the Study will be eligible to sign up for the VOLO™ Wellness app for 50% off the regular annual subscription price for the first year. Participants are responsible for the cost of their own blood testing and for the costs of any third-party products or services they choose to use.
Eligibility. Participation is limited to legal residents of the United States who are 30 years old or older at the time of the Eudēmonia Summit, who have completed an eligible blood test within the 12 months preceding the Summit, who own and regularly use a compatible wearable health-monitoring device, and who agree to the other Study requirements set forth in these Terms. Eligible blood tests are standard, comprehensive blood panels that are processed by Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, BioReference Health, or DLS. Selected participants must agree to monitor certain health metrics before, during, and after the Summit dates. Individuals who have been pregnant within the past twelve (12) months, intend to become pregnant in the next six (6) months, or who have experienced an acute medical event or major surgery in the four (4) months preceding the Summit are excluded from eligibility. Attendance at Eudēmonia 2026 is not required. Enrollment is limited to a maximum of five hundred (500) participants. VOLO Health reserves the right to modify or supplement these eligibility and exclusion criteria at any time. The VOLO™ Wellness app is not available outside of the United States or to individuals under 18 years of age.
What participation involves. Study participants agree to (a) install the VOLO™ Wellness app (available on iOS and Android) and complete onboarding; (b) connect one or more supported wearable devices or health data sources; (c) upload to the app the results of an eligible blood test drawn on or after November 5, 2025 and no later than November 5, 2026; and (d) upload the results of a second eligible blood test conducted within six (6) months after November 8, 2026. Participants also agree to monitor certain health metrics before, during, and after the Summit dates.
Voluntary participation and withdrawal. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time and for any reason by contacting VOLO Health at support@volohealth.com. Withdrawal will not affect your Eudēmonia badge, purchases, or event access.

ANY FINDINGS REFLECT ASSOCIATIONS OBSERVED IN THE OBSERVATIONAL STUDY POPULATION AND DO NOT ESTABLISH CAUSATION. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS AND OUTCOMES MAY VARY. NEITHER EUDĒMONIA NOR VOLO HEALTH PROVIDES MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT THROUGH THE STUDY. VOLO™ SCORES AND RELATED OUTPUTS ARE INFORMATIONAL AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL JUDGMENT. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROVIDER REGARDING YOUR HEALTH. NOTHING IN THE STUDY CREATES A PHYSICIAN-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP. NO HEALTH OUTCOME OF ANY KIND IS PROMISED OR GUARANTEED.
Data collection and division of responsibility. VOLO Health collects and processes the personal information you submit through the Study enrollment/interest form, and uses it: to determine your eligibility to enroll in the Study and otherwise facilitate the Study (including with its vendors and service providers to the extent reasonably necessary); to prepare Study results, papers, and publications; to provide you with VOLO Health news, updates, offers, and other communications; for the reasons disclosed in its Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Health Data Privacy Policy; and/or, with respect to your name, email address, phone number, Study selection determination, and Summit attendance information, to share such limited information with Eudēmonia and other Study partners to facilitate providing you benefits, promotional offers, or discounts for which you are, or may become, eligible under these Terms or resulting from your participation in the Study and to send you Study and other communications. Eudēmonia does not collect, receive, store, or process your blood test results, wearable data, or any other health information. All health data – including biomarker results, wearable and device data, and app activity – is collected and processed by VOLO Health and is subject to VOLO Health's Privacy Policy and Health Data Privacy Policy, which you should read before enrolling. Note that VOLO Health is not a HIPAA covered entity. Eudēmonia is not responsible for VOLO Health's data practices, or those of its affiliates, vendors, or service providers. Likewise, VOLO Health is not responsible for the data practices of Eudēmonia or any other Study partner, or any of their affiliates, vendors, or service providers.
Publication and de-identification. Study results will be published in an aggregate, de-identified form only. No personally identifiable information will be published. No Study participant will be identified by name, image, or any other direct identifier in any Study output without such participant’s separate written consent.
No compensation. Participants receive no monetary compensation for participation in the Study. The benefits and discounts described are promotional benefits, not payment for participation.
Eudēmonia promotional offer. Enrolled participants are eligible to receive $100 off when purchasing a Eudēmonia Summit badge bundled with Eudēmonia Essentials or a Function Health membership. Offer is limited to one per person, may not be combined with other offers except as expressly stated, is non-transferable, has no cash value, applies to new purchases only, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Function Health and other third-party products are provided by their respective companies subject to their own terms.
No guarantee of enrollment or publication. Participation in the Study is capped at five hundred (500) participants, and open only to individuals meeting the eligibility criteria described in these Terms. Meeting these eligibility criteria makes an individual eligible to be considered for participation in the Study, but does not guarantee selection. VOLO Health retains discretion to select participants from among those who meet the eligibility criteria to build a Study population that reflects a range of ages, geographic locations, and other demographic and background characteristics relevant to the purpose of the Study. This selection process may result in some eligible individuals not being selected for participation, including individuals who satisfy all stated Study eligibility criteria. Eudēmonia and VOLO Health reserve the right to close enrollment, decline any enrollment, or modify, suspend, or terminate the Study at any time. Publication timing and content are at VOLO Health's discretion, and no specific findings are promised.
Communications. By enrolling you consent to receive Study-related emails, marketing communications, and, where you have provided it, SMS or phone contact from Eudēmonia and VOLO Health. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time; Study-administration messages may continue while you are enrolled.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Eudēmonia nor VOLO Health, nor their respective affiliates, officers, employees, or agents, will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Study.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
