Johanna Hellrigl is a chef, restaurateur, and culinary changemaker bridging food, health, and sustainability. As chef-owner of Ama in Washington, D.C., she champions Northern Italian cooking rooted in organic sourcing, regenerative systems, and non-toxic kitchens.
