Sean Hoess

Sean Hoess is the founder and CEO of Eudēmonia Summit and the co-founder of the world’s first wellness festival, Wanderlust Festival.

After leading an exit for Wanderlust in 2023, Hoess launched Eudēmonia in West Palm Beach in November, 2024. Attracting nearly 5,000 participants in its second year, the 3-day summit offers a wide range of talks from leaders on the frontiers of wellness, numerous experiential activities centered around physical and mental health, and an extensive expo featuring the latest products and services in consumer health. The event will return for year three on November 5–8, 2026.

Hoess received his JD, Master’s degree and BA from Columbia University. After 31+ years in New York City, the pandemic drove the Hoess family to the woods of New Hampshire, where they live on 7 acres with their pet sausage dog, Otto.
