Eudēmonia is a health and wellness experience designed for adults, so we do not allow children under 13. Teens 13 & older may attend if accompanied by a badged parent or guardian. We also offer a $650 discount for full-time students, which likely will apply to your teen. Please apply here.

Eudēmonia Scholarships, made possible by generous donations from the Volo Foundation and Function Health, aims to expand our need-based scholarship programs significantly. We are excited to offer full scholarships and enhance our student discounts, now providing a $1,300 discount on 3-day badges for all full-time students at accredited institutions, including those in secondary school, college, graduate school, or PhD programs. Our focus is particularly on students enrolled in pre-med, nursing, or medical programs, as we believe empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals is essential for promoting positive change in health and wellness.

Scholarship awards will range from partial (50%) to full coverage, with applications open to all who demonstrate financial need and a commitment to health and well-being practices. The application process is simple and quick, taking just about 10 minutes to complete. Our mission is to make health accessible for everyone, and these scholarships will allow us to assist up to 400 attendees in accessing Eudēmonia’s diverse offerings. We encourage all interested students and individuals with financial need to apply or share this opportunity with their networks to help spread the word and promote greater health access for all.

Travel & Logistics

By Air
The Palm Beach Convention Center and the Hilton West Palm Beach are conveniently located just 8 minutes from the West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is just 35 miles away. In the rare event that neither PBI nor FLL suits your needs, Miami International Airport (MIA) is about a 90-minute drive.

By Car
For those who choose to drive, the Palm Beach County Convention Center offers paid self-parking in our 9-story parking garage. It can be accessed off the south side of Okeechobee Boulevard and then a right turn onto S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue. The garage entrance is at the end of S. Rosemary Avenue/Florida Avenue. Several additional parking garages are available across the street at The Square for overflow parking needs.

By Rail
If you’re traveling from other areas in South Florida, the Brightline provides services from Miami, Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Orlando. It’s an easy walk from the West Palm Beach Brightline station to the Eudēmonia campus.

The Hilton West Palm Beach is at the heart of Eudēmonia’s campus and is our recommended go-to hotel. It’s currently sold out, however, so please explore the West Palm Beach Marriott, Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown, AKA West Palm, Hyatt Place West Palm Beach/Downtown, and Residence Inn West Palm Beach Downtown, which all are within easy walking distance of the Eudēmonia campus. You can reserve your stay and take advantage of our low rates with our Lodging Portal Link

The entire event is designed to be walkable, making it easy to navigate between sessions and activities. Additionally, Rivian, one of our fine sponsors, is providing complimentary transportation for attendees throughout the event. You can also test drive a Rivian while at the event here.

credentials & Access

When you registered at Eudēmonia, you purchased either a “badge” or a pass. Both types of credentials are represented by specific wristbands you’ll receive at registration. You must wear your wristband at all times while at Eudēmonia.

You’re probably wondering why we call it a “badge” if it’s actually a wristband. This probably wasn’t our smartest decision, but here’s an explanation.

To attend a session that requires pre-registration, such as movement classes, treatments or talks, you’ll be asked to present a QR code that can be found in the Eudēmonia event app. We had originally planned to print this QR code onto a physical badge, but later decided to use the in-app virtual version for both environmental and logistical reasons. By that time, we had sold many badges, so we stuck with the name.

Whatever you call it, with the exception of one daily movement class which is open to purchasers of the Exposōme pass, access talks, classes, and treatments requires you to have the appropriate credentials:  the wristband representing the “badge”, and, to confirm your pre-registration, your virtual badge.

Yes, our event app is called Attendee Mobile, and you can download it from one of the following links: Apple App Store or Google Play Store. When opening it for the first time, type in “Eud” and Eudēmonia Summit will show up for you to select. After you have chosen Eudēmonia, the app will be set to the event for the remainder of your app usage.

Your digital badge is available in the event app,

No. We always check wristbands, but we’ll only scan your virtual badges if the session is almost full. If it’s full or nearly full, we’ll need to make sure the people who have pre-registered get in first. After registrants are in, we will admit “drop ins” with the correct wristband until the venue is full.

Due to delays caused by recent hurricanes, we will not receive the credentials in time to mail them out to attendees. We apologize for this, and will ensure that you receive your credentials on site with no delay or lines, beginning on Thursday at the Hilton welcome party (6p - 8p).

We also will offer our Enhanced & Premium a $20 credit at the merch store, which can be used on any Eudēmonia-branded item.

Check-in will be at the Palm Beach Convention Center, which is open 3:00 p.m. –10:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 31; 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. November 1 and 2; and 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. on Sunday.

planning for the event

Weather in West Palm Beach in November is sunny and warm with temperatures in the 70s and 80s. We recommend wearing light layers — athleisure is best — as most of the event programming is hosted indoors with air conditioning. You should bring workout clothing (3x), sneakers, and a swimsuit, and a light jacket in case of rain.

After your morning sweat, there is time to shower and change into whatever makes you feel most like Eu. Thursday and Saturday evenings will feature gatherings, but we hope you’ll explore the vibrant town of West Palm Beach when you’re not there. Be ready with something that reflects your best self for a night out—or in, depending on how you feel after our restoration sessions.

We recommend you bring the following:

  • Light layers. This is an indoor–outdoor event, set against the balmy backdrop of West Palm Beach. Bring a light cover-up in case the indoor air conditioning gets chilly.
  • Yoga mat. Bring one if you love yours, but we will have them on-site for you to use.
  • Refillable water bottle. Hydration is key, so a refillable water bottle is a must-have. If you forget it, don't worry! We've got you covered with plenty of non-plastic options available for purchase.
  • Swimsuit. You’ll want to take advantage of our cold plunges and the pool, depending on what is available at the hotel you choose. Towels are available for use.
  • Athleisure wear. Note that tighter clothes are needed for some of the body scans and treatments on-site.
  • Phone charger. You’ll be meeting lots of new people and exchanging contact info, and you may want to take notes during sessions.
  • Journal. Speaking of notes, we encourage you to bring a journal to capture all the insights from the panels. Writing down things in this old-school, screen-free method is a great way to process new information.

If you have a nearby room, you’ll be best served by returning to your room to shower and freshen up after your movement sessions. If you do not, we offer premium mobile showers, located in front of the Palm Beach County Convention Center, along with towel service and changing areas.  Please remember to bring a change of clothing to the campus.

scheduling

When you are logged in to your account, there will be an indicator when an event is fully booked. We will attempt to move full sessions into larger venues (at the same time & day), so if something is full now, please check back later as it may open later. Unfortunately, we do not have a waitlist functionality this year.

Log in to your account by navigating to the top right corner of the website and following the prompts. Once logged in, go to the Schedule tab, where you can easily add sessions to your personal calendar. The next tab allows you to schedule your Treatments.

Once you’ve selected your sessions, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and hit “save session.” You should see your confirmation page, which will indicate that you have successfully saved your spot in that session.

We recommend you review all three days of programming—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday—to get familiar with the full agenda. This will help you spot sessions offered multiple times and check if a speaker you're interested in is part of different dialogues.

All treatments are included in your 3-day or 1-day badge except for PUR-FORM IV drips. This treatment is an extra charge, and you are required to pay on-site when you receive the treatment.

All treatments need to be scheduled in advance within our Scheduler, even with a premium badge. Once you have saved your sessions, you will be prompted to save your Treatments. You are able to modify your schedule at any time.

Expo

A complete list of all exhibitors will be posted on the website soon.

All badgeholders—whether you have a 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day badge—will enjoy full access to the EXPOSOME for all three days of the event.  For example, if you have a 1-day badge for Friday, you’re still welcome to visit the EXPOSOME on Saturday and Sunday.

Event Extras

After you’ve hit the beach on Palm Beach Island via Rivian (see below for details), join us on Thursday evening for a Greek-themed welcome party — TOGA TOGA TOGA! — presented by our friends at TrueMed. All badged attendees, exhibitors and partners are welcome.

The Details:

  • Time: The Welcome Party runs from 6 to 9pm on Thursday, Oct 31.
  • Dress Code: We encourage you to BYOT (Bring Your Own Toga), including sandals or other appropriate footwear.  If you don’t have one, we’ll provide one for you.
  • Food and Drinks: Hors d'oeuvres will be provided for all. Complimentary drink tickets will be provided for Enhanced and Premium badgeholders. Standard 3-day badgeholders may purchase drinks at the bar.

If you arrive during the day on Thursday, Rivian has kindly provided the most luxurious shuttle service (their R1S vehicles) to take you to and from Palm Beach Island Municipal beach starting at 12:00 PM. Keep in mind, there will be very limited Rivian shuttles, unless you are signed up and doing a Ride & Drive. The best way to get to the beach is by Uber or Lyft. Bring your bathing suit and dip your toes in the sand.

Plan to meet at the Worth Avenue Clock Tower, located here.

We can’t stop. Join us at the Hilton West Palm Beach after dinner on Saturday for a dance party featuring DJ Uncle Jesse from 8 PM to 10 PM, followed by a silent disco with DJ Seriousblack and DJ Space Kase from 10 PM to midnight. Enjoy swimming until the pool closes at 10 PM. A cash bar will be available and the Hilton Galley Bar will be open with food offerings. Open to all badged attendees.
