Daniel Carcillo
Athlete & Mental Health Advocate
Daniel played in the National Hockey League for 10 years and is
a 2-time Stanley Cup Champion with the Chicago Blackhawks. He is
a well-known advocate on behalf of Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
survivors and people dealing with mental health challenges,
having suffered several concussions and being diagnosed with
post-concussion syndrome and TBI following his hockey career. He
has spent nearly a decade researching emerging medicine and
different treatment regimens while consulting experts to find
effective care for his mental health conditions.
