Strength Training & HIIT

World-renowned fitness expert Jillian Michaels dons her leggings once more to give her first public workout in nearly a decade. Her dynamic workout will combine bodyweight strength training with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to maximize fat burn, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Following the strength and HIIT portion, Se'll transition into a 15-minute stretch and meditation session designed to improve flexibility, enhance recovery, and bring a sense of calm and focus to both body and mind.
